Double room with private bathroom

Flat mate is moving out , 12 month tenancy to be renewed in November, until November current tenancy can be taken over , looking for someone to live with until next November ideally or we can just renew contract until may (6month contract) , i am a 2nd year nursing student on placement often , i like going out occasionally, and having friends round for tea on the occasion, im really nice , girls only ideally , i have an en-suite so the 2nd bathroom is all yours , photos shot the whole flat, its in a highrise x1 building in salford quays , tram stop right outside the building and small Sainsburys underneath the building.
