Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Salford Quays until August 2025 (available first week in December).
The flat is fully furnished and a 10-15 min walk to media city, or 2 min walk to Exchange quay tram stop. Location is great - away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet it’s still only 15 mins into town. There’s also a lovely WFH space, private dining room, cinema room, private meeting room, pool and table tennis (parking not included).
The room is furnished with a double bed & mattress, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. And you’ll also have your own bathroom. Rent is £675 pcm plus bills (approx £130 per month).
You’ll be sharing the flat with another girl who works 9-5 Mon-Fri (at home & in the office), big into her sports and loves getting out and about at the weekend for coffees, drinks, dinners etc. She’s super chill to live with, really outgoing & very clean and tidy so looking for someone similar!
