Hi there! I’ll move to another country sooo I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement at Grainger in Salford 🤌

The rent is 685£/month + bills (around 100£).

Radu is super chill, organized, and tidy, so we’re looking for someone with a similar vibe. We’re good friends, having lived together last year, so I’d love to find him a nice person to live with :)).

These are the requirements from Grainger:
• Applicants must have no bankruptcies, or CCJs on record
• Applicants must provide satisfactory landlord references
• Applicants must be able to provide income references, showing earnings of at least
30x your share of the monthly rent from a permanent employment income
