3 Months Sublet in Cosy Flat

I am subletting a bedroom in a 2-bed flat in Salford until 31st April  but there may be the possibility for it to be extended until the 31st July.

About the flat: Bright flat with plenty of natural light, sunset comes in beautifully during golden hour. The flat is furnished with simple but cosy décor, and rooms stay relatively cold during winter, heating works good but we do try to save some quid by pre-heating.

The bedroom is furnished and comes with a double bed, a wardrobe for clothes and  two bedside drawers. There is also a wicker wooden sofa that can serve as a bed if you have a visitor or family visiting.

The new tenant will share the bathroom with  the existing tenants, the bathroom includes a bath and a shower which has good water pressure.

Location: The flat is opposite a tram stop and there are 2 buttons close to the apartment.
Media City  is a 10-min walk away,
There is  a retail park with The Range/HomeBargains/pure gym/ Lidl and McDonald's about 5-min in the tram, or 15mins walk.
There is also a parking space which comes with the flat which is currently available and free.

Flatemate: The new tenant will be living with me. I work in the hospital. and mostly out early in the morning and back in the evening during the week. I am friendly  sociable and a young professional.
I don’t party in the flat but do enjoy having friends round for dinner and board games now and then.  Which you are welcome to have friends around and relax. I  am very organised and try as much as possible to save on bills and like to keep the flat clean with a shared cleaning schedule on the weekends.

About the new tenant: I am  looking for someone who is clean, responsible, friendly, and is able to communicate openly and respectfully between u us.

Please note this is not a formal let, but rather an informal sublet, as my current flatmate is travelling for a while  but will  return and remain on the lease for this time.
