I am subletting a bedroom in a 2-bed flat in Salford  for a short let from May 2025 till the duration of the contract Sept 2025.
About the flat: Bright flat with plenty of natural light, sunset comes in beautifully during golden hour. The flat is furnished with simple but cosy décor, and rooms stay relatively cold during winter, heating works good but we do try to save some quid by pre-heating.

The bedrooms are furnished and comes with a double bed, a wardrobe for clothes and  two bedside drawers.
Free parking in the apartment.

The new tenants will share the bathroom , the bathroom includes a bath and a shower which has good water pressure.

Location: The building complex is opposite a tram stop and there are 2 bus stops close to the apartment.
Media City  is a 10-min walk away,
There is  a retail park with The Range/HomeBargains/pure gym/ Lidl and McDonald's about 5-min in the tram, or 15mins walk.
There is also a parking space which comes with the flat which is currently available and free.
Close proximity for about 15 mins walk to Salford Royal, 7. mins walk to the bus stop that takes you to the University of Salford, University of Manchester and MRI.
