Hi there! We’re two working professionals, aged 26 and 23, looking for someone friendly, clean, and respectful to share our home. We have an ensuite room available in our 3-bedroom flat from February 5th in Michigan Avenue, Tower A( a 3 minute walk to Media city). We're looking for a friendly female to join us for a 6-month tenancy (Feb 5 - Aug 5) which can be extended if required. We do not require any deposit as it has already been paid by us.

Room is a spacious ensuite with lots of natural light. Shared spaces include a cozy living hall and a fully-equipped kitchen (no dish washer). Amenities include a Gym, a Theatre room (bookable for movie nights or parties), a Common kitchen (also bookable for gatherings). Rent is 650£ excludibg bills. other bills come upto 150-200£.
