True aparment room tenancy takeover

Looking for someone to take over my 51 week tenancy at True Apartments Salford. My room is in Hub 1 Floor 1. Shared kitchen with 5 other people. 2 girls and 3 boys, all friendly. Large ktichen space with everyones own cuboards and storage space, shared fridge with own shelf. Large dining table. sofa and table with large tv in kitchen.
My room is a double bed, ensuite, free wifi, large tv, desk, shelfs, storage space, wardrobe, mirror.
True has a sky kitchen, lots of free space/study spaces. roof top, seating outside, garage for bikes, parking (have to pay) and free parking on road for an hour or two. Building is next to a bus stop and Anchorage tram is right behind. Smoking is not tolerated inside the building but are smoking areas outside
Tenancy started 6th September and is available from now tenancy ends at 12 noon 29/08/2025

I have paid £4,667.60 already and left to pay for the rest of the tenancy is £6,501.40
