Flatmate needed to take over tenancy in Salford

Currently looking for a new flatmate to take over the tenancy, as current flatmate is relocating for work.

Apartment will be available from late July, long term tenant preferred.

I am a 26 year old female from the West Midlands who works jobs that vary in shift times so I am sometimes home during the day and back late at night, and other times will be out in the day and home on evenings. I'm pretty chilled and love a cosy night in when I'm not out at dance classes or watching a show at the theatre. Often when I'm home I'll be in my room crafting away anyway.

Looking for someone chilled, clean and tidy who I can get along with easily and is kind and respectful. Any fellow creatives would also be cool :) Safe space for people of any nationality, gender & sexuality.

Rent is £550pcm + bills for a double bedroom and your own bathroom in a 5th floor apartment in Salford near Eccles town centre. There is also a sheltered parking space included if you have a car. Council Tax Band B

Very close to Ladywell tram stop to connect to Manchester city centre and several bus routes nearby connecting to city centre, Trafford Centre, Bolton and more. Right by a retail park with Lidl, Iceland Food Warehouse, Home Bargains, The Range, Jollyes pet store, Smyths Toys Superstore, Pure Gym, McDonalds & Subway, and also very close to shops and amenities in Eccles town centre.
