This is an en-suite bedroom with a shower room and a built in wardrobe. Under bed storage too. Chest of drawers can be provided. We can arrange mounting your TV if you have a bracket. Bedroom video can be sent via WhatsApp.
Gym (small), pool table, working from home space and meeting/social room onsite.
We are a married couple and the husband works full time mainly in the office. We have a busy social/active lifestyle. We are very easy going and are looking for someone similar. You’re welcome to join us to socialise but we also recognise you need your own space.
The apartment is kept very clean.
We only eat halal/kosher so we’re looking for someone with this dietary requirement or a vegetarian/vegan (we may be able to accommodate for separate pans/crockery etc).
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.,
You are also welcome to have our home cooked food (we can easily make an extra portion of whatever we’re cooking).
There will be times when we’ll be away for the whole weekend.
No overnight guests.
All bills/council tax included in rent.
Deposit is negotiable.
