Laundry room is on the same floor - this is free to use and includes washers/dryers.

Gated parking is directly outside the building. Loads of shops on the road next to the building - a few corner shops, takeaways and a post office. Bus stop is a 30 second walk away into town, Tram stop a 2 min walk away. Media city is around 10-15 minute walk or two stops on the tram/bus.
