• Your own spacious private bathroom

• Located on the 6th floor
• Modern, fully furnished kitchen and cosy living area
• Washer and dryer available for your convenience
• On-site gym, cinema room, and residents’ lounge
• Sainsbury’s is connected to the building, with Co-op just around the corner
• Tram stop right outside for easy access to the city
You’ll be sharing with:
A tidy, respectful female flatmate who values a calm, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £675/month (due on the 22nd)
• Bills: approx. £250/month (includes council tax – Band C, Wi-Fi, water, and energy) - Lesser than this during summer
