As we still have 2 months left on our tenancy, we have been asked to find a replacement in order for ours to be cut short.

Condition: The flat is in perfect condition. We were the first people to live in this unit, and we've only been here 10 months. The flats usually come furnished, however we asked for unfurnished as I already had a sofa and 2 beds. The furniture can be provided by the letting agent if you needed it furnished!

Availability: Move-in date: Flexible / End of August

You would be taking over the lease directly with the building management. You would be required to pass referencing checks, which would be done via Eda, along with executing a 12 month contract with them.
