Room available in 2 bed flat in media city

Double room available in a media city 2 bedroom apartment. You will have your own bathroom and we only share the living room and kitchen. My old flatmate is moving out so it will be £50 to replace her on the tenancy. There is an option for a deposit or a reposit which is one week’s rent. Let me know if you're interested in viewing :)

The tenancy restarts on 8th October but my current flatmate has moved out so you should be able to move in earlier if needed!

Building has a cinema room, kitchen area for events, laundry room and a gym included in the rent too. The area is really nice, I really love it and is also a 20 - 25 minute tram away from the city centre

I am a 24 year old professional and moved here from London 2 years ago! I have a one year old cat who is very lovely, does not bite or scratch furniture (or people!) and her litter box is kept in my en suite so is not an issue!
