Close to Media City, Trafford Center and more... The building has car parking but it's privately owned, no spot comes with the flat but you may be able to rent one separately.
About the Flat: The flat is located on the 15th floor. It is quiet and gets lots of natural light. The living room-kitchen is a lovely, bright open space with a stunning high-floor view. Everything is fully set up - Fast Wifi, electric meters, etc. Fully furnished with more - toaster, cattle, air-fryer, rice-cooker, TV, washing machine, vacuum...
About your rooms: you will have the main bedroom and your own private main bathroom with a shower and bath. The room is available on the 15th of September. The room is £650/month EXCLUDING bills, which come to about £150-200/month each. Council tax band is C.
About me: I'm a 27-year-old professional, and I WFH 3 days a week. I'm from China and moved to Manchester after graduate in Sheffield. I've been living in this property for a year now.
