Hi I'm Lucy. My current flatmate is moving out of our lovely 2-bed flat at the beginning of October and I am looking for someone to replace her on a 6-month contract with the option to extend.

I am 24, I work in the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days. I enjoy cooking, travelling and watching a good movie. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, friendly and respectful and someone who wants a relaxed home where we can spend time with each other and hopefully become friends!

Double room with own bathroom and shared living / kitchen space with stunning views of Manchester centre and the Quays.

The building has a gym and cinema room. Harbour City Tramstop is right outside and there is a Sainsbury's local downstairs.

The building has parking for an additional cost (may be a waitlist) or there is a secure car park 5min walk away for an additional cost.

The rent is £722.50 each month and bills will be approx £220 per person each month.
