Hello! I am in the process of moving out of an existing flat share in a two-bedroom Media City apartment, and I require someone to take over the tenancy.
There are 6-7 months left on the existing tenancy and you would be moving in with a 27 year old male.
The double room comes furnished and includes its own bathroom. The apartment itself is a clean and tidy space on a corner plot of the building (so fewer neighbours) with an open plan living/kitchen area, it includes a washer/dryer and extra storage space. Free access to a gym and cinema room is included within the rent. The apartment is located on the 16th floor of the X1 Media City Tower B, directly on top of a Sainsbury's local. Harbour City tram stop is directly outside the building so getting the tram is super convenient. Parking is available for £85pcm underneath the apartment.
Rent is £625pcm. Bills are an additional £190pcm.

Jake is a 27 year old working professional who works hybrid (Office 3 days per week, WFH 2 days per week). Jake's interests includes Running, Football, Music and it has been a breeze living with him for the last 6 months. We are looking for someone who is open to becoming friends and not just flat mates, but who equally enjoys their own space.
