I’m looking for someone to share the flat I currently rent with. I’ve been happily living here for the past two years, and it’s really become a cozy home.
A little about me: I’m 35, Italian, and I work in events. I love sports, and my week is usually split between 3–4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. I’m hoping to find someone who’s not just a flatmate but also a buddy to share the space with.
I’m tidy, respectful, and like keeping the flat clean and welcoming. I’ve filled it with plants and art on the walls to make it feel homely.
The available room is a comfortable double, with a big wardrobe, a drawer, and its own bathroom (no ensuite). The flat also comes with a dishwasher and washing machine.
Bills come to around £220 monthly (Council Tax band C + water), with energy averaging about £350 every three months. Virgin Wi-Fi is included in the rent. There’s also the option of a gym and parking for about £150 per month.
