Double room in Salford Quays

I am moving out of my lovely room in Salford Quays next month and am looking for someone to replace me.

It’s a large double room, sharing with two other people and sharing a bathroom with just one of those - as the other has an en-suite. The current flatmates are lovely, tidy and easy to live with. They are looking for a female flatmate in their 20s or 30s who can fit into the chilled atmosphere of the flat.

The flat is a good size and the living room-kitchen has a great balcony overlooking the water which is especially nice in summer. The room is furnished with a bed, drawers and built-in wardrobe. The bookshelf, desk and chair will be coming with me.

The building is modern and safe with 24/7 security and amenities including a gym and a common area. There’s an option to pay additional for a parking space although I believe there’s a waiting list. The area is safe and there are two tram stops within walking distance as well as shops, MediaCity and a couple of gyms.

Bills are not included (except WiFi) but typically come to around £120-40 per month so a total cost of around £773-795 a month including rent.
