I am looking for someone to replace me in a lovely shared new-built 2-bedroom apartment in Salford Quays/Media City.

The building itself has a 24-hour concierge and a secure entry and lies about 3 min walk from the Salford Quays tram stop.

The bedroom has great views of the Salford Quays area and also includes the following:

- fully furnished, incl. 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers and 1 wardrobe.
- I also bought a sit/stand desk, an office chair, and 4-shelf kallax unit that I am happy to leave behind if you're interested.

The open plan kitchen with living room has amazing views of both Manchester city center skyline and parts of Salford.

- fully equiped, incl. dishwasher, oven & hobs, microwave and fridge with freezer.
- sofa with coffee table, TV console
- I bought a 8-shelf kallax unit that I will be leaving behind for both you and Marie

Transport:
- Eccles/Media City line at Salford Quays tram stop, goes every 6 mins at peak. Takes about 10 mins to get to Deansgate, 15 mins to St Peter's Square.

- parking available for extra £150 (although would need to check availability with landlords first)

Location:
- in the Salford Quays area, great for walks around the quays
- 10 min walk to Media City
- Tesco (5 min walk), Morrisons and Co-op (10 min walk), Aldi and M&S (15 min walk)
- PureGym (10 min walk), The Gym (15 min walk)

Viewings:
- during the week (until 2nd October) after 5pm, after 02/10 anytime during the day

A little bit about your new housemate :)
- her name is Marie, she's 30 years old and works as an accountant
- we've met at uni, studying physics, and we've been friends for over 6 years now; she's very easy-going and friendly, loves bird watching and zombie movies. She's also not opposed to a game of civ5 or something on her ps3.
- she's looking for someone of a similar age who she can spend time with but also respects each others privacy
- thus far, we've been an LGBTQ+ household but open to anyone regardless :)
