There is parking available, Harbour City tram stop right outside, Sainsbury’s shop attached to our building downstairs!
The room is available from the 5th November 2025 for a minimum of 6 months. If you need to move in a couple of days earlier, this can be discussed.
Deposit is £550 and rent is due on the 5th November at £600.
Bills equate too £200 roughly each month for Council Tax, Water, Electricity & WiFi.
About me: I’m a 27 year old professional working in the office 5 days a week, usually gym and cook in the evenings and spend the weekend with friends/socialising.
