Room is available from 10th November (move in date is flexible so we can discuss based on your move in needs) in stunning Michigan Tower in the heart of Media City.

Rent is £675 pp pcm and with all bills it comes around £860pp pcm. The room comes with its own bathroom as I have an en suite so the main bathroom will be entirely yours. There is a storage room and washing/ boiler cupboard. The kitchen and living room are spacious and modern, with amazing views of Salford Quays.

There is a recently refurbished on-site gym, cinema room, concierge and common room in the building. The building and facilities are super modern for this price. There is also a Sainsbury’s on the ground floor and tram stop (Harbour City) right outside which makes transport and shopping super convenient. I have lived at this property for the last 2 years and been enjoying the views, amazing neighbourhood and building facilities.

I am generally really clean, tidy and like to take care of the space I live in. I am social but also need quiet time. I am looking for someone to share with that also shares my values and that will be respectful of the common areas and quiet times at night. Nothing extreme but just being respectful when sharing a space.
