Hi there!

I’m moving out of this fantastic apartment due to changing circumstances so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

The room is a large double, fully furnished and includes an en-suite. It has built in triple wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a comfortable double bed. The en-suite includes a large shower.

It is situated in a great location, just 2 min walk from exchange quay tram stop and there is a co-op, coffee shop, barbers and Italian restaurant within the complex. You will also have access to the communal gym and work spaces - perfect for WFH! There is also a concierge service, so no waiting for parcels!

WiFi costs are included in the rent (along with all the building amenities) and the remaining bills (electricity, water and council tax) total £200 per month. The apartment is council tax band C.

I will be arranging the viewings alongside my flatmate who is remaining in the flat.

The apartment is available from when all relevant checks are done (affordability, references etc) as I’m flexible on my move out date (but ideally within 6 weeks).
