Friendly flat share -double room - Media city

Hey!

I’m looking for a replacement flatmate for the end of Jan.

Your room would be the smaller of the two, however the main bathroom would be yours as the other room has an en-suite.

The building has parking however would need to check if there were spaces available

Bills come to roughly £200 pp inc council tax, less in the summer

You’d be living with myself, I work 9-5 one day from home mainly on site. Quite chilled in the evenings with the occasional night out.

The flat is in such a good location & haven’t ever had any issues with noise ect
