I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in this beautiful flat as Im moving away. It’s a double room and you’d have the main bathroom to yourself which has a bath.

Rent is £675 and bills come up to around £210. Available to move in from 7th January, deposit of £530 would need to be paid by the 30 Dec and it would cover the first month’s rent.


The flat is on the 21st floor and is located in Media City. The building has a cinema, communal kitchen and dinner, terrace, gym and security overnight. There is parking too but that costs extra. It is also conveniently located between Harbour City and Broadway tram stops 🥰

You’d be sharing the flat with Tutu, a 26-year old professional female 😊
