Double Room Available in a Modern 3-Bed Flat

A bright and spacious double room is becoming available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Michigan Avenue, Tower A (just a 3-minute walk from Media City). I’m moving out, and since there are 2 months left on my contract, I’m looking for a replacement for the period Dec 10 – Feb 4. You can extend/renew the contract for another 6 months post Feb 5 but you’ll have to let me know this before moving in. Ideally looking for someone who can stay for 2 months/ 7 months starting December.

You’ll be living with two friendly female working professionals, aged 23 and 24. The room is not en-suite, but you’ll have access to a common bathroom shared with just one other person. No deposit is required, as it has already been paid by us.

There is a storage room for your suitcases. Shared spaces include a cosy living hall and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Building amenities include a gym, a theatre room (bookable for movie nights or parties), and a common kitchen (also bookable for gatherings).

The room comes with a bed, bedside table, cupboard with a mirror and a 3 shelf drawer. The bookshelf, extra built shelves, coat stand, table & chair don't come with the room as I have bought them.

Rent: £560 (excluding bills)
Bills: Approximately £160-200
