A bright and spacious single room is becoming available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Michigan Avenue, Tower A (just a 3-minute walk from Media City). We're looking for someone to move in by Feb 5 for a period of at least 6 months. You can extend/renew the contract for another 6 months post-Aug 5. We have been living in this lovely space for 2 years now by renewing it every 6 months. You can only renew the contract provided all the flatmates are willing to renew.

You’ll be living with two friendly female working professionals, aged 23 and 24. The room is not en-suite, but you’ll have access to a common bathroom shared with just one other person. No deposit is required, as it has already been paid by us.

The room comes with a bed, bedside table, a cupboard with a mirror and a 3-shelf drawer. them. There is a storage room for your suitcases. Shared spaces include a cosy living hall and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Building amenities include a spacious 24x7 gym, a theatre room (bookable for movie nights or parties), and a common kitchen (also bookable for gatherings).

There is a tram stop right outside the building that makes Piccadilly just a 20-minute tram ride. We also have a Sainsbury's that's part of the building. Co-op is a 10-minute walk away, and Lowry Mall is a 5-minute walk away.

Bills: Approximately £170-180
