1 Double room available to rent in a townhouse situated in Salford Quays, couple minutes walk from Salford Quays Tramstop and close to MediaCity giving it great transport location in and out of the city.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished (currently only has a wardrobe once current tenant leaves). The house has 2 shared bathrooms (1 with shower amenities), access to shared kitchen/living room. Being ground floor, there is also access to outdoor space as well as communal roof terrace. There is paid parking available nearby (all within 5 minutes walk) as there is no permanent parking on site. There is a locked bike storage and concierge 7 days a week 8-8.

Young professional preferred. I’m quite active, all things sports, gym, outdoors as well as music and drinking! The tenancy is available until July and is semi-flexible in terms of move out date (will discuss circumstances down the line). I also work 4-5 days on site so won’t be in the house during core hours through the week.
