Double Room in Salford

Hi! I’m lucie and I’ve just moved into a 2 bed flat with my two cats! Looking for someone (preferably not male) to take the second bedroom!

🌟 double room- furnished with bed, bedside tables and big wardrobes!

🌟 private bathroom- my room has an en suit so the second bathroom would be yours!

🌟shared living room- living room and kitchen are shared but a really nice size! bright and open! I’m currently in the process of getting some decor to make it feel more homely & you can add to that too!

🌟 bills- as i’ve just moved in i can’t tell you too much about bills officially but it’s likely around £150 (& parking can be rented!)

🌟Landlord- Landlord and her husband are so lovely! Accommodating and happy for you to decorate, put things on the walls etc as long as you’re happy to fix up anything when you leave the tenancy!

🌟area- clippers quay, short walk to salford quays and media city! co-op just 1 min from the flat & there’s a shared outdoor space at the front! Two tram stops and multiple busses into manchester city centre!

🧚🏻‍♀️ about me- I’m lucie, 24, and a barista at manchester uni! I’m clean, responsible and bubbly! I’m keen to have a cosy home to be settled in with lamps/plants/pictures etc. I live with two cats, Lola and Figaro! They’re friendly and funny, Lola is confident and Figgy is a bit more anxious but warms up to everyone eventually! (No clawing or viciousness i promise!!) I’m a creative and went to drama school, I have a few friends in manc that I love to hang out with & you’d be more than welcome to as well!
