Hiya! I’m looking for someone to move in in February.

My flat mate is moving out to go back home and needing to fill the room as soon as possible.

The flat is located on the 17th floor of a lovely building, with 24/7 concierge, right in the heart of Media City. The closest tram stop is MediaCityUK just a couple minutes walk away as well as the Imperial War Museum tram stop just over a bridge. Also great bus links as well as close to many bars, restaurants and a Co-op around the corner.

The room is a double en-suite with a large built in wardrobe. It comes furnished with a double bed as well as 2 bedside tables and a small chest of drawers. I am also open to offers for the furniture I have added including the desk and chair. The flat has a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a balcony with gorgeous views!

Rent is £775 plus bills which are usually around £140-£160 including council tax. A deposit of £750 is also required.

There’s no designated parking, but a new car park for the public has been opened directly behind the building as well as the multi story across the road which offers monthly permits. The building also has a secure bike storage room.

I’m a 24, I work in a prop house for film and TV, I love a lil trinket as you can see from the picture of the shared space😂. I very sociable and love anything arty. It’s a queer friendly space as me and a lot of my mates are gay. I love a chill night watching films or playing card games.
