Hey Heyy 😊 I’ve got a spacious en-suite room available immediately in a modern build flat by Salford Quays 🏙️. The current contract is for 6 months and it is very likely able to be extended, with some flexibility on the exact move-in date feel free to ask .

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a clean and organized flatmate 👩🏽. She is respectful, tidy and easy to live with and we like to keep a peaceful home vibe ✨. I’m looking for someone who is also considerate and neat, preferably female 💁🏽‍♀️.

The location is amazing! It’s only 5 minutes walk to Exchange Quay tram stop 🚊 and about 8–10 minutes on the Metrolink straight into Manchester city centre 🌆. Old Trafford Stadium is around 10 minutes walking distance away ⚽ and the flat overlooks the stadium with really nice views 🏟️.
The room is a fully furnished double 🛏️ with your own private bathroom 🚿, so you’ll have full privacy and your own space. The kitchen and living room are shared 🍽️📺 and kept clean and comfortable.

Rent is £695 per month 💷 and the deposit is the same. Internet is included in the bills 🌐. Other bills like council tax, electricity (no gas), water and TV licence are separate. Water is around £20 per month each 💦, council tax currently about £140 and electricity averages about £65 per month each (this can vary depending on usage) 🔌.
The building has great amenities 🏢 including a residents’ gym 💪, concierge service and access to a residents’ lounge which is perfect if you work from home or like co-working spaces 💻.
There’s a Co-op supermarket inside the complex open daily from 7am to 11pm 🛒 which is super convenient. Other supermarkets close by include Tesco, Aldi and Lidl – all within 10–12 minutes walk 👟. Bus stops are also just outside the building with easy access around Manchester and Salford 🚍.
The flat is right next to the Quays 🌊 with beautiful waterside walks, cafés and restaurants. The Lowry Outlet Mall 🛍️, White City Retail Park, Kargo MKT Central Bay food court 🍔🍹 and MediaCity are all nearby, so everything you need is around you.
