Hi!

I'm looking for a lodger for my 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Media City UK.

The room is a double, furnished with a King Bed, large double wardrobe and lots of storage. You have an en-suite bathroom, with a shower. 🛁

The building itself is high-spec, with co-working spaces, including a resident library, coffee machine & social areas, including a ping pong table. We have a 24/7 concierge, who will take all your parcels and store these in the parcel room. We also have a sun terrace in the centre of the two buildings, which is nice to relax in. I also have a cleaner that comes in once a week.

The building hosts regular resident events, ranging from markets, sustainable clothing swaps, cocktail nights etc, which you would be welcome to join. It's a friendly, quiet community; it would really suit someone who is work or study-focused, but with a bit of interest in meeting new people.

I am a live-in landlord, I'm sociable & friendly, but equally respectful of people's space. I work from home and in the office, and I'm away for travel. In the evenings, I like to meet with friends, go to local events or relax at home and watch whatever is new on Netflix.

I have two cats, so the ideal person must be good with pets.

Rent includes all bills, including Council Tax.
