Room available in respectful & clean apartment✨

I have spent time making the place a real home and am looking for a respectful, mature housemate to share this with😊 This is a calm, clean, adult home and would suit someone who values independence (but hopefully we can build a friendship and do shared activities too☺️), clear communication, and mutual consideration in a shared living space.

About the flat:

• Fully furnished and equipped with all household essentials - I’m happy for these to be shared respectfully.
• WaterFront Views 🌊
• Clean, organised communal areas
• Quiet, secure building with 24/7 concierge and a post room
• Bills: Approximately £150 per month each, which should reduce as we move into the warmer months.


The living dynamic:

This is a genuine peaceful house share - not a party flat and not a couple-style setup with people coming and going all the time.
I’m friendly, polite, social and considerate, but also value my own space.

I’m also open to someone who is part-time in the flat( for example splitting time between locations, away for periods, or out at work a lot) as I enjoy my own company too. I myself am away every couple of weekends visiting my family.

I work from home in a confidential role, so a peaceful and predictable environment during the day is important. Not to worry though, I’m just busy working in my room all day don’t have a set up in communal areas or anything, so it’s very quiet.

Guests:

Occasional guests are absolutely fine with notice given in advance. Overnight guests should be infrequent, so no regular partner presence or ‘living as a couple’ dynamic. Unattended guests in the flat aren’t something I’m comfortable with, so guests should only be here when the housemate is present.

Shared expectations:

• Respect for shared spaces and belongings
• I actually love cleaning…weird I know😂 I have a no shoes policy within the home and would just want the rubbish and recycling taking down and keeping on top of personal dishes and of course your bedroom and en-suite is up to you but everything else I will do😊
• I also love organisation so would just want things put back neatly as they are found
• No taking of each other’s food or drinks without asking.
• Consideration when others are working from home and during nighttime hours💤
• Open, calm communication if anything needs discussing
• Front door being locked upon leaving and at night

Looking for:

• Someone reliable, kind, considerate, and self-aware
• Clean and respectful in communal areas
• Comfortable with boundaries and shared-living etiquette
