Description
We’re looking for a respectful and easy-going flatmate to join our calm, friendly home.
The available room is a spacious double (the photos don't do it justice) with its own ensuite, ideal for someone who enjoys comfort and privacy.
Amazing location with lots on the doorstep (MediaCity, shops, bars, waterfront walks) and very close to the tram for easy access into Manchester.
The flat is currently home to two siblings — myself and my brother (who is younger in years but wiser in soul lol). We both have busy lives and plenty of our own hobbies. I work from home most of the week and also teach yoga.
The household vibe is generally relaxed and quiet. We’re not a party flat, but we are sociable — we’ll sometimes go to the pub, head to gigs or go to festivals etc. We enjoy a friendly atmosphere, while also respecting each other’s space and downtime.
We use the lounge for films and TV, and we keep the flat clean and comfortable with shared responsibility for cleaning.
We’re ideally looking for someone who’s considerate, tidy, values their own space but is also social.
Bills are not included and will be in addition to the rent. These work out around £200 a month. (Council tax C)
After 3 years together, our current flatmate is moving out to be closer to work and we would be looking to add to the new tenancy from around the 8th March. Short term lets are also considered.
If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to message with a bit about yourself!
