Double Room in a 2-bed flat with private bathroom

Hi everyone, my name is Mary and I’m looking for a long-term flatmate (female only) in a 2-bedroom flat in the popular Duet development in Salford Quays. I’m currently living there and my flatmate is moving out soon.

Officially, the room will be available in early October, but it’s possible to move in early-mid September as well after agreeing with my current flatmate. The monthly rent is £700 and bills usually work out to be around £150-200 per person.

The room has a double ottoman bed and you would have the master bathroom all to yourself as I have an ensuite. The tram and bus stops are a 2 min walk away and there are two grocery shops within 5 minutes. It takes around 20 mins on the tram to get to the city centre. Parking is available for an extra charge. The building has a 24-hour concierge, a co-working space and a gym. There are also free yoga classes and community events. The staff and management are really lovely people as well.

As for myself, I’m a very clean and friendly person. I work full time in the city centre so I’ll be in the office most days but working from home once or twice a week. Outside of work I’m really into fitness, calisthenics, gym and overall being healthy. I enjoy cooking and love to unwind and relax after work. I go out and drink occasionally but not too much.

I’m looking for someone clean and easy-going. I’m very happy to have regular yap/coffee sessions, but I also appreciate my own time and space. I’d also love to go on walks around the Quays sometimes.
