from july 1st to october 1st. contract takeover through the agency with credit checks. i’m planning to relocate for summer so looking for someone to replace me :) roommate is respectful and stays to herself. if you’re looking to extend the contract you are able to do that through the agency. bills come to around £80 a month not including council tax as we’re both students. i’m only willing to do an informal agreement if rent is paid upfront and non refundable deposit is made. thankyou
