Someone to take on my current tenancy

Hello,

I’m looking for a female to replace me in my flat in Clippers Quay.

The accommodation comes with WiFi included as part of the rent, however we pay an extra £20 per month for faster speed. The building provides gym, concierge and a secure underground parking for an additional charge of £130. Quick access to the tram stop - 4 minutes walk and 2 minutes walk to the bus stop

Total bills are roughly £245 (council tax + electricity). With rent being £734.4 as of June 1 and £748.8 as of July 1 due to rent increase

My flatmate is a young professional who occasionally goes to the office and works from home. I’m happy with sending more pictures upon request.
