My flatmate is looking for a replacement flatmate to move in end of May or 1st week in June.

The building is located across the road from exchange quay tram stop and 2 minutes walk to the bus stop. It is also 15 minutes away from City centre via tram and a 15 minutes walk to Old Trafford.

A bit about the flat:

• It’s a new-build and on the second-floor.
• The master bedroom with your own bathroom with a bathtub and loads of wardrobe space.
• The apartment comes with a washing machine and gorgeous living space.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need

Amenities: There’s a Co-op next door, a large Tesco and Gym Group about 10 minutes away, PureGym just across the road. There’s also a retail park within a 10-minute walk plus nearby brunch spots, KFC, McDonald’s and Starbucks

Total bills are roughly up to £200 (council tax + electricity and water). With rent being £735 giving a rough total with bills £900 - £935.

A bit about my flatmate- she enjoys running, dancing and taking pilates classes in the evenings and over the weekend she likes to go out for brunch or have friends visit.
