The flat is a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment, the room comes with your own bathroom, and the rent is £720pcm (bills not included). It’s only a few minutes’ walk to Exchange Quay and Wharfside tram stops, so getting into the city centre or MediaCity is really easy.
A bit about me — I’m a working professional and I’m usually in the office during the week. I’m tidy, easy-going and like keeping the flat clean and comfortable. I’d love to find another like minded professional who’s looking for a similar kind of home rather than just somewhere to stay☺️
