I’m looking for someone to fill my spare room in my flat!

•Rent is £550pcm with bills coming to around £200 on top (Council tax, water, electricity, WiFi)
•Located 5 minute walk from Anchorage Tram stop (Takes 15/20mins to get into Manchester City Centre/ Piccadilly gardens on the tram)
•Area Code- M50
•Private gated car parking is available at no extra cost
•Dishwasher
•Washer/Dryer
•Located 15 minute walk to the centre of Media City/ Salford Quays.
•Shared Bathroom and Living/Dining area.
•Move in date would be around 15th September but this would be confirmed once all paperwork is sorted!

A little about me – I’m 22, I’ve just graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University doing Sport and Youth Leadership and now work full-time for Manchester United Foundation in a school, as well as coaching football in the evenings. During term time I’m out all day and most evenings, but at weekends and school holidays I’d love to live with someone who’s up for going out for food, walks, go to the gym or try new activities together.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I also like having my own space at times, so I’m looking for someone who’s similar and easy to live with.
