Double Room in Salford Quays

Hi!

I'm looking for a flatmate for a Double Room in my 2-bed apartment - it's in Salford Quays, £850 a month, & all bills are included. I'd prefer to live with females only, but students are very welcome !

The whole apartment bright & airy, it’s a corner aspect with floor-to-ceiling windows, and your room is large, comes with the King-sized bed & mattress, storage and lots of space left to make it your own. You'd have your own bathroom, with a bath and shower, & we would share the kitchen & living spaces. I work from home, so I tend to work in the living room, or the on-site co-work spaces. The building itself has everything you would need, like 24/7 concierge, co-working spaces, a sun terrace, and resident social events.

A bit about me:
I'd be your flatmate - I'm 30, female, & work in Healthcare. In my spare time, I'm into Pilates, everything artsy, & looking after my two rescue cats. I'm sociable, friendly, always up for a chat, so ideally looking for someone where we could be friends as-well as flatmates. <3
