I'm a live-in-landlord, advertising for a lodger to take over from my current lodger, who is leaving September 1st -

The apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, designed to a very high spec, located in the heart of MediaCity UK. We are around 15 minutes from Manchester city centre, with excellent transport links throughout Manchester.

The room is a double, fully furnished with a king-size bed, optional desk, and plenty of storage. You'll have your own private bathroom, with a bath and shower, and access to the shared living spaces.

In the shared living space, there is an integrated Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Sofas, TV with all the major subscriptions and loads of storage spaces.

The building itself is high-spec, and rent includes access to the two co-working spaces, including a resident library & coffee machine, a sun terrace, and all the resident social events, like cocktail nights, sustainable clothing swaps. We have 24/7 staff on-site, including a 24/7 concierge that will securely store your parcels until you're ready to collect them.

A bit about me:
I'm a live-in landlord, so I'd be your flatmate - I'm easygoing, respectful and even though I'm the landlord, I just treat it like we are just living together as housemates. I've been sharing my home with people from Spareroom for about 6 years now, so I know how to ensure everyone feels comfortable in their own home.

I'm 30, female, and into reading, socialising & the arts. In the day, I'm typically working, either from home or away, and in the evenings I like to use home as a place to decompress, read, watch films, and have the occasional glass of wine. On the weekends, I like to go out for coffee/brunches with friends, and spend time out in nature. This home would suit someone who is on a similar routine, and values a relaxing, clean and safe space to come home to.

Important notes: I also have two cats, living in the property. They're very friendly, curious and playful, so you'd definitely need to be comfortable living with them.

Rent is £210 per week, all bills are included, including the Council Tax (Band D).
