I've got a room available in my apartment to take over from my current flatmate, who is moving to her new flat on September 1st

The apartment is a 2-bed, 2-bath, in MediaCity UK, great transport links to Manchester city centre, around 15 minutes on the tram.

The room is a king double, comes furnished with a king-size bed, a desk, and plenty of storage. I can offer it part-furnished if it suits you better. You'll have your own private bathroom, with a bath and shower, and we share the kitchen/living spaces.

The building itself is high-spec, and includes 24/7 concierge, cleaners, two co-working spaces, a resident library, coffee machine, a sun terrace, and all the resident social events, like cocktail nights, sustainable clothing swaps.

A bit about me:
I'd be your flatmate - I'm 30, female, I'm easygoing, respectful and I've been sharing my home with people from Spareroom for about 6 years now, so I'm very used to keeping the place clean, tidy and being respectful of other people.

I like to use home as a sanctuary, & a place to decompress - I really value a relaxing, clean and safe space to come home to, so I'm keen to meet other people who treat it the same.

Important: I also have two cats, living in the property. They're very sweet & friendly, so you'd definitely need to be comfortable living with them.

Rent is £850 a month, & all bills are included, including the Council Tax (Band D).
