I’m looking for a female professional flatmate to take over a lovely room in my 2-bedroom flat from 1st October. My current flatmate is moving out on 30th September.

The room is the larger of the two and comes with its own separate bathroom (with bathtub), which is a great bonus for privacy. The flat also has wide windows that bring in lots of natural light, with an amazing view overlooking the river ✨

The building itself has some really nice amenities, including:

Council tax + water: approx. £183 per month
Council tax band: C
So the total for rent + council tax/water would be approximately £905 per month.

A bit about who I’m looking for 🤍
Ideally, I’d like to live with someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, particularly when it comes to the shared spaces. Keeping the kitchen and living room nice after use makes such a difference when sharing a home!

I’m also looking for someone respectful and easy to get along with. I’m definitely open to becoming friends with my flatmate and doing things together from time to time, but I’m equally happy for us to have our own lives and personal space.
Overall, I’d just love someone who is friendly, respectful and considerate, and who wants to live in a comfortable, peaceful home 😊

A quick note about the photos/video: the video above is from a different flat downstairs in the same building, but it has the same layout as my flat. It was empty apart from the furniture, so I thought it gives a better idea of the property, layout and building. The photos attached are from my actual flat!
