Flat to rent in Manchester

I am moving out of my 2 bed flat share and looking for someone to take over the tenancy at the start of September as I am moving in with my partner.

The location is clippers quays, it’s right next to exchange quay tram stop, building has 24hr concierge, plenty of amenities, a gym (inc in price) and coop outside the reception. Big tesco is 10 mins walk as well as 15 mins walk to media city. Rent is £727.50, wifi is included with that price. It’s a 2 bed 2 bathroom (I have the bigger room with en-suite).

My house mate is a 26 year old girl, works a 9-5 but from home most days a week but is ideally looking for someone who also works full time and has a regular 9-5 routine. She is very kind, friendly and clean. Looking for someone who is up for a chat, activities, and respects downtime and a bit of privacy from time to time.
