My current flatmates and I are looking for someone to take over my flatmates room in our lovely 3-bedroom girls’ flat from 6th September 2026 for a 12-month tenancy (with the option to extend!).

We’re looking for a female professional, no students.

Monthly costs:
🛌- rent £630.00
🧼- bills £126.00
💰- council tax - £76.00 (currently it may change).

Upfront costs:
- £497.00 deposit directly transferred to the leaving tenant.
- £50.00 change of contract processing fees.

We’re hoping to find someone who’s friendly and social, enjoys cosy evenings watching TV, and would like to spend time together — whether that’s having wholesome nights in, exploring the city, or heading out for food and drinks. 🥰

It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy living close to the city centre (just 15–20 minutes by tram) while still having a quieter, more relaxed place to call home. 💓

About the room:
🛏️ Spacious double bedroom.
🏋🏾‍♀️ Free residents’ gym in the reception building.
🚋 Directly opposite Exchange Quay tram stop.
🛒 Co-op right outside the building.
🛍️ Just 15 minutes from Trafford Centre by car, and close to White City Retail Park and MediaCity, so there’s plenty nearby for shopping, food, and entertainment.

🚗 Parking is available in the building (£130.00 per month, no spaces available until Mid September. This is dealt with an external company so requires a form to complete and send to which more information on availability can be shared.

There’s also free on-street parking around a 10-minute walk away (Waterside) and a pay-and-display car park directly outside the building for £7 per day.

About the flatmates (photos attached):
You’ll be living with two lovely girls, Hayley and Anisha (29). They’re both super friendly, easy-going, and looking for someone who is warm, friendly and social and can fit into the home.

We love wholesome nights in watching TV or films, listening to music while cooking together after work, and hosting the occasional dinner party. We also enjoy heading out for food, drinks, and exploring Manchester together. 💃🏽🍷

For work, Anisha works from home full-time (5 days a week), while Hayley works a hybrid job.
