Female House Mate in 2bed Media City

Hi, I’m looking for a nice professional housemate to share my space with. The house has been furnished- oven, microwave, washer. The building has a gym, cinema room, a terrace and a dining space you can book for your pleasure free. I’m a professional, has no pets and wants none. No smoking. I love my space clean and tidy and I respect your space too. The room is a double room, you have your own bathroom to yourself. We share just the kitchen and living room. I’m pretty quiet too so not much of a yapper. Please don’t reach out if you don’t tidy up after yourself, and don’t have boundaries.

Here is the breakdown. The room isn’t en-suite, but the bathroom is big and it’s all yours. It’s a 2bed 2bath. We only share the living room/ open plan kitchen. Unfortunately there’s no lock.. that’s why it has to be two trustworthy people (it goes both ways if you get)
Council tax - £106 each
Water - £35 each. The more
use, the more we pay.
Elec : £60 each atm. It’s low, but the more we use, more we pay.
WiFi - £13 each
Parking is £85 ( if you have a car and want a designated spot) I park 12/13 mins walk away for free. so I don’t pay that lol it’s outrageous!
