Large master double bedroom with ensuite and huge fitted wardrobe available now in Mediacity on Salford Quays.

This is a pretty rare find for flats as it's really spacious. (1200sq ft). It's got amazing views of the quays and Manchester as it's on the 15th floor. I've lived in this area for the last two years and absolutely love it. It's a really cool area to live with loads of amenities. It's in the NV buildings and perfectly located for BBC, ITV, and anywhere in city centre as the Mediacity, Broadway and Harbour City trams stop right nearby (three tram stops really close!) and they go to Deansgate/Piccadilly. There are loads of restaurants (Nandos, Wagamama, Prezzo, Cafe rouge etc etc) a stones throw away, pub, bars, supermarket, Lowry shopping centre, cinema, theatre and virgin gym all very close walking distance away.

I work at the BBC and don't go too crazy during when working - run club in Chorlton, the cinema nearby, meal and a few drinks. But I do like a laugh when I'm off, going out for drinks or get up to something fun.

It's important to say that this is not a cheap flat. It is expensive and I pay for the location and the fact there are no travel to work costs for me. Bills included it works out at £650. I'm happy to show all bills.

As for parking, there are currently spaces advertised to let in the flat car park for around £50 a month. (I'm not too sure of price to be honest)
