The large and spacious kitchen comes with dining table and chairs, and has cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is a small living room where you can sit for a quiet coffee.

The rent at £550 per person per month is inclusive of all utility bills (gas, electricity, water and broadband) but not council tax. If you are full time student, you are exempt from council tax. If you are a professional, the share of council tax bill is £72.
