I have a double room with a walk in closet available in a lovely 2 bed 1 bathroom house in salford.
10 minute walk from the Arndale Shopping Centre- so very easy to get to the city centre/ Victoria station.
About me
I am a musician so I soften work late nights across the weekend and I also work throughout the week- current housemate can vouch for me being quiet on return from work so please don’t let that put you off,
I’m looking for another professional to fill the room.
Short term let also considered.
I have furnished and decorated the house myself and so it is essential that whoever takes the room is mindful and respectful of this.
Room available as current housemate will be moving in with her boyfriend - which I’m very sad about as we get on so well, so ideally be nice to get someone in who is happy to socialise around work and enjoy the city sun
Please note the current soft furnishings in the photos belong to a previous housemate. Room is currently bring redecorated and furnished.
However bed/ mattress/ drawers /desk / bedside table are provided
Strictly no smoking or drugs.
