Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace my current flatmate in July 2025. I’m a kind, tidy and respectful person looking for the same :) I work in hospitality so my shifts vary, however my flatmate says she rarely hears me at night, and you may quite often have the flat to yourself if you have a 9-5! I have no particular preference of flatmate as long as you respect our shared space at home and are easygoing.
The current rent may increase slightly, last year it went up by £25 each so please bear this in mind!
