Description
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a spacious studio with balcony next to Manchester City centre.
The flat is top floor, comes with a washer dryer and a dishwasher, and water and electricity are included in monthly rent.
Building is managed by X1, currently I have a tortoise living with me but the previous tenants had two happy cats living here.
I’ve found the building to be really helpful in terms of bus connections (about 10 different ones go from the main road), and the fact it’s about 5 minutes from Salford central railway station. Spinningfields is just 10 mins walk away and there’s a park at the back of the flat. There’s also a pub, tapas bar, and cafe literally on the doorstep (but don’t worry, you never get to hear any of it!). The flat itself is largely soundproofed, the only noise I tend to hear is the odd helicopter(? I know.) but the neighbours are really quiet and lovely.
I’ve found the dishwasher and personal washer dryer to be really great amenities too, and really easy to use.
The flat comes fully furnished so you just need to worry about bringing yourself (and maybe a furry friend, too!). Building management is really easy to contact and super pleasant to deal with.
The only reason I’m moving out is I’ve had a change in my own health and need to move away for specialist support. I’m actually really gutted to have to give up the place, but would be really happy for it to go to someone who will love these high ceilings and big windows as much as I have. The flat itself is south facing too so it gets loads of light in, it does make the flat seem even more spacious!
