A good size Double bed Room INC. BILLS!

Hi,

I have a double bed room to rent. The house is a 15 min walk to city centre and 15 min walk to either Salford Central or Salford Crescent train station. There's plenty of bus routes.

The house is fully furnished very tidy and kept clean. Central heating, gas hob, full kitchen whites with a medium size garden perfect for BBQ in the summer.

I have a small Jack Russell who is very obedient, plays dead, dances, rolls over etc and you will not have any issues with him he's also a very quiet dog.

There's a parking space available if required.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy and considerate professional.

References are important.
