Double Room To Rent End October 2014/Manchester

Gorgeous, double room to rent in a brand new building (Alto block B) 4th floor, in chapel street, just after the salford central station, 5 min walk to Deansgate. The flat is quite big, with new furniture and equipment, very very warm!
I am a phd student, girl, coming from Greece looking for a woman to live with! My current flatmate is moving out in end of September or end of October (flexible). I am quite social and friendly, although due to the phd responsibilities I spend in the office most of the hours and I am very-very busy. However, when free, I can be a great company!. I like someone, who is tidy (but not necesserraly mad with cleaning!), likes having a healthy-oriantated fridge!, and most importantly respects the privacy when that is needed!
As long as I come from a mediterranean country I would be really happy to cohabitate with a woman close to my culture. I like speaking loudly, dancing, eating well, enjoying the sunny days, doing crazy things and also all kind of sports. If you think that I fit you, don't hesitate to contact me!
