Have a double room available in a new build flat/apartment in the popular trinity riverside development. Located 1/4 mile of mcr city centre.
Looking for a chilled out flat mate to take the other double bedroom. Looking for someone who is tidy and easy to get on with. I'm a musician and in the studio a lot in the day time and always busy with work. Don't get me wrong we can have a drink later at night and chill together but i'm always out and about from morning time till usually 9/10 at night. Not every day but most days!
It is a nice little flat, its not huge but i'm spending quite a bit on making it really homely. Plasma, furniture etc because im going to be here for a while and any bits I buy I can take in to a next home.
I think im very easy to get on with and up for a laugh. Best thing to do is get in touch and we can take it from there!
